Block printing
Indian wood block fabric printing is something I came across by accident. I was at a workshop and fell in love with it. It is a lovely and relaxing thing to do and the results are pretty good from the start! This is definitely something I would like to develop further, but all in good time.
String art
Another art form to dabble in. This is great fun to do. I use a kit with a board that has the nails (around which you weave the thread) already inserted. Amazing to see the portrait develop slowly, one string weave at a time!
Lino printing
I followed a workshop for this. It is a very satisfying process, but you need very good fine motor skills!
